Step 1 — Pick what you need
Choose Android or iOS, then a coin pack, player account, or manager listing. Prices on Japan packs can differ by phone.

Step 2 — Pay from your own app
Send the exact amount with CBE, Telebirr, Awash, or Bank of Abyssinia. Copy the account number from checkout — we never ask for your PIN.

Step 3 — Upload the screenshot
Drop a clear transfer receipt into the box. JPG, PNG, or WEBP, under 5 MB. You can tap the preview to replace it.

Step 4 — Share the Konami login
We log in only to deliver. The password is encrypted, reviewers are logged, and it is hidden after the order is complete.

Step 5 — Track until it lands
Use Track order with your BC- number and the same phone. Status moves from pending → approved → processing → delivered. ETB orders add shop points when we mark them delivered.
Common questions
How long does it take?
Most orders move from pending to delivered the same day. Pack pages show a typical window.
What if my order is rejected?
We write the reason on the order. Fix it (clearer screenshot, correct amount) and place a new order if needed. If you paid with shop points, those points come back.
Can I get a refund?
If we cannot deliver, the order can be marked refunded. Contact support with your order number.
What are shop points?
You earn points when an ETB order is delivered. The listing shows how many you get, and your balance is in the header and on Account. Some listings can be bought with points instead — that cost is shown on the card. Paying with points does not earn more points, and no screenshot is needed.
